Limited International Warranty

This limited international warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from James Dixon or an authorized James Dixon dealer, as listed on Find a store, and verified by proof of purchase containing the following information: name and address of the authorized James Dixon dealer, model number, and purchase date (“valid warranty proof”).

This limited warranty applies to your James Dixon product, provided it was purchased from an authorized James Dixon dealer. The warranty is granted solely by James Dixon and is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase. It covers material and manufacturing defects according to these warranty terms.

During the warranty period, any covered defect will be repaired by James Dixon free of charge, provided valid warranty proof is presented. If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced at the sole discretion of James Dixon with an equivalent or comparable product.

Not Covered by the Limited International Warranty

• Normal or excessive wear and aging of the product.
• Damage to the product caused by impact, tampering, misuse, improper use, or alterations.
• Damage due to neglect, improper use, negligence, or accidents.
• Defects or damage from repairs not performed by James Dixon.
• Alterations to the original condition of the product beyond our control.
• Products not purchased from an authorized James Dixon dealer.

All applicable implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. In no event will we be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Our obligation is strictly limited to repair or replacement as expressly stated in this limited warranty. Your authorized James Dixon dealer is solely responsible for any other warranties made at the time of purchase.
