Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, provided that the merchandise is unused and returned to us in its original product packaging, as the packaging is an integral part of the product for obvious reasons.

If you wish to exercise your right of return, we kindly ask that you register the return in advance and follow the further instructions provided. Thank you.

The costs of return shipping shall be borne by the customer. This also applies in cases where our courier is instructed by the customer, prior to delivery, to return the shipment to us. Cost-effective shipping methods, such as "small goods" without additional services like "priority" or "express," are generally available at your local post office.

Provided that the merchandise is returned in impeccable condition, we will refund the full purchase price via the payment method originally used at the time of purchase upon receipt of the return. Any upgrade of the delivery option will not be refunded, as the service has already been rendered.


General

For international orders, providing the recipient's phone number is mandatory.

Our shipping hours are weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. This day will then be relevant for the specified delivery time, with the first delivery day being the first business day after shipment.

Orders that are associated with a proven fraud suspicion will only be shipped once security checks have been completed, regardless of the chosen shipping method.

Private customers who wish to have their order delivered to a company address may do so under the following conditions: 1. Recipient name: Your full first and last name, 2. Addressing: The company address must be entered as a c/o address (e.g., John Smith, c/o Sample LLC), 3. Billing address: The invoice must be issued in your full name and your private address, 4. Contact details: Only your private email address and phone number may be used, 5. Customs charges: Any additional costs incurred if customs classify the shipment as a business delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer, 6. Liability disclaimer: We do not take responsibility for resolving matters with customs or the courier service, and we do not act as an intermediary in such cases.

Our online shop is intended for private customers. However, we’re of course happy to receive orders from businesses as well. If you're ordering on behalf of a company, please contact us in advance with your company address, VAT and EORI number, and the desired item(s) and quantity. We’ll then provide a manual, VAT-exempt offer based on Incoterm DAP. Shipping takes place after payment is received. VAT and any applicable import fees will be charged directly by the courier upon delivery.

The stated delivery times are approximate values provided by the respective carriers and are subject to seasonal fluctuations. For example, longer delivery times can be expected during the peak season around Christmas due to high package volumes and numerous holidays with partial or full suspension of processing, for both Express Saver and Standard delivery options. However, Express Saver remains the fastest shipping option.

Delays in international shipping can occur not only due to seasonality but also due to other factors such as weather conditions, traffic, strikes, or other circumstances that cannot be influenced by us or the selected courier. We accept no liability for delays (including any consequential damages). If a shipment is affected by such delays, customers are kindly reminded to place their next order earlier.

The courier will make at least one delivery attempt and will then place the shipment at the nearest secure pickup point, where the customer can collect the package at a later time. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct, that the mailbox displays the recipient's name, and that the address is accessible. Any return costs arising from incorrect or missing address details, inaccessibility, or a missed pickup at the pick up point will be the responsibility of the customer.
